This series of products is a high-precision millimeter-wave radar sensor with built-in circuits that can be used for human position and activity detection. The new product is expected to deliver samples to customers in the second quarter of 2022 and mass production in the first quarter of 2023.
SC1240 series products use 60GHz high frequency band, use 6.8GHz (57.1~63.9GHz) bandwidth and built-in signal processing circuit design to detect human position, movement and small movements with high precision, suitable for high-level applications such as human motion tracking and gesture manipulation.
In terms of product performance, SC1240 series products are highly integrated, with built-in antenna, wireless circuit, A/D converter, FIFO memory, SPI or I2C interface, high-function sequencing that can flexibly change the duty cycle and control power consumption It can easily acquire and use 3D position information without the need for high-frequency and signal processing related expertise, which is suitable for multi-person detection and non-contact gesture operation.
